We have a once-in-a-lifetime chance to replace a big, boxy parking garage that does not promote an engaging streetscape, and to capitalize on the significant investment that we have collectively made in the Greenway. The harbor Garage proposal would finally re-connect the waterfront to Boston proper, link the new Greenway with the rest of the neighborhoods in downtown Boston, and create a new housing, retail, and commercial opportunities.North End resident
